Therefore, Yaphang has established the following refund policy:

Donors who wish to request a refund must do so within 3 days from the time of the original donation.
Reasons:
Refunds will be considered for any reason, provided the request is made within the specified timeframe.

To initiate a refund request, donors must contact Yaphang within the 72-hour window via contact@yaphang.org.
Provide Information:
Donors will be required to provide details of the donation, including the transaction ID and any relevant information.
Verification:
Yaphang will verify the donation and process the refund accordingly.
Refund Method:
Once the refund is approved by YAPHANG TRUST it will 5-7 working day to processed and credited to your original mode of payment
Exceptions:
Beyond 72 Hours:
Refund requests received after 72 hours from the time of payment will not be eligible for consideration.
Anonymous Donations:
If the donor wishes to remain anonymous, Yaphang may not be able to process a refund due to the inability to identify the specific donation.
